Junior project manager marketing

We are looking for a colleague who is enthusiastic about being the point of contact for our customers and sees customer satisfaction as a priority. A project manager who coordinates all activities and ensures that communication, planning and project profitability run smoothly. For this role, you will work together with all departments within our office.

Your activities

As a project manager, you have a role that combines many facets of our profession. This challenging role is therefore a perfect way to get acquainted with the more commercial side of this creative industry. Your work includes:

• As a project manager, you are the point of contact for both the client and your colleagues. With your helicopter view, you keep the overview and ensure that every question is answered.
• You have a lot of contact with customers, you mail, call, chat and consult at the office or at the customer. Together with the strategist you ensure that the customer’s wishes are implemented.
• You monitor project progress and customer satisfaction and, when you notice that the project is not running smoothly, you dare to take steps to get the project running smoothly again together with the team.
• As a project manager at Ha!, no day is the same. You maintain an overview of your projects by planning tasks, transferring information to the team, monitoring the planning and finally ensuring that each project is profitable.

This is what we ask of you

• You have a higher professional education diploma
• You are a starter or have 1 to 2 years of work experience as a marketer or project manager
• You are fluent in Dutch, both orally and in writing
• You live within a radius of 50 km from Rotterdam
• You feel at home in a flat organizational structure and an informal atmosphere on the work floor

Pre’s

• Experience working in the HubSpot and vPlan systems
• Experience in Online Marketing / Inbound Marketing
